Sony Cyber-shot DSC-U50
Sony's new Cyber-shot U50 redefines the meaning of "subcompact", packing a 2-megapixel camera and a fixed focal-length swiveling lens with an integrated flash into an amazingly tiny package. With limited exposure controls, this isn't a camera for Ansel Adams types, but that's not the point: This is very much a "Gen-Y" camera, and one that I think will be quite successful in that niche.
