Strengths: Lens sharpness, simplicity of use, size and weight.
Weaknesses: Noise, support, and the fact that Panasonic issues the same camera for hundreds less ( though I will admit that Leica gives twice the warranty.)
Summary: I actually think it is a very brilliant camera though there are weak points. The primary criticism of the camera is that it is quite noisy with ISOs greater than 100. Secondly, I received my camerawith a defect- the image stabilization function wasn't functioning. I was forced to deal with Leica's support which, though they were quick to repair the camera, they were so no responsive to my calls. They did not return calls, never told me just when the camera would be returned and just what was done to the camera. Finally, it was near impossible to get a live person on the phone.
