Strengths: Very nice picture quality, Image Expert software is excellent.
Weaknesses: Weak flash, a few software filters do not work, picture noise at higher image pixels
Summary: Good camera with sufficient settings. Although the Image

Expert software has some shortfallings, the final image quality can be outstanding! I would recommend this camera

to anyone. Just purchase NI-MH batteries, and a good 250

MB smartmedia card, and your'e ready to go!

Strengths: good quality pictures, easy to use, great price
Weaknesses: havent found one yet
Summary: At the $400.00 I paid for this camera I am sure it should be the number 1 sub 500 camera out there. For the price you just cant find anything better. Add in my 128 mb of memory and you have got a 4.2 mp camera with all the memory you will ever need for under $500. lots of easy to use features. Great buy!!!!!

Strengths: Good Value. Choice of auto or manual modes. Fits in pocket.
Weaknesses: No auto lens cover. View screen not that big.
Summary: This is a great camera to grow into. It has plenty of features and options but doesn't cost an arm and a leg.

Strengths: Super pictures, easy to operate
Weaknesses: Battery eater...get some rechargables. Small digital screen
Summary: Its my first digital camera (I paid 399) and it seems to exceed my expecations. But it has drawbacks...

I am only getting about 40 shots per set of batteries (using forced flash)which is not a problem at home, but out on a trip you will need a couple of sets.

The screen is too small for me to see w/o using glasses.
