Strengths: very good 5.0 mp digital camera for only &100, bright and large LCD, cool color, small size, rechargable battery, like it very much
Weaknesses: there are only three levels of the resolusion setting
Summary: I and my friend both got this model of digital camera this week, I liked it even from the first sight of it, such as the color, weight, large LCD monitor, the re-chargable battery, it holds SD cards (not an expensive one like xD or MMS), color of the captured pictures seemed a little reddish, and the automatic focus seemed not very accurate. But anyway with $100, you could not get better 5.0 mgp camera.

Strengths: large LCD screen, cool black color, easy to use and good quality of pictures if it is in the outdoor situations
Weaknesses: no view finder, very bad quality in low light room even with flash, can't find good case for it
Summary: generally to say it is a nice camera with low price (I spend around $100 for it). 5mp and larger 2.5" LCD monitor, bright and clear view with the LCD, but no view finder in this camera. Hard to take picture in a little dark room without flash (I can take very good pictures with my Canon in the same situation). However, in ourdoor situation, it is relatively good. Highly recomend it as a low starter camera.

Strengths: big and bright LCD display, 5 MP
Weaknesses: indoor shots
Summary: this little camera's lcd display is where it shines. i totally forget about using a camera and thought i was using a camcorder. the photos came out as expected for 5 megapixel, but the autofocus is kinda on the slow side compared to nikon coolpix 3700 which i paid about the same price. built quality is great. the only thing i hope epson can improve on is video capture. then again, this is a still picture camera. recommended.

Strengths: 5MP, 2.5 LCD, Ultra Compact ,Great Price than Casio EXZ55. Metal Casio, Black solid. I love Epson L-500V
Weaknesses: No Optical Viewer, No Camera Strap and Cradle
Summary: If you want big view screen this one for u. I love this Digital Camera. I went out sourcing Casio EXZ55 at first but when I compared all the specs its only a little difference but the budget price is $100 less than Casio! Very Cool and Simple. .Light and Handy. great 2.5 LCD, 200K pixel (50K more than Casio EXZ55). If you want shoot and go this is the one for you, It comes with Video with voice too! For Pro choose pro camera instead. I recommend this to everyone! You wont be disappointed.
