Toshiba PDR-T10 2 Megapixel Compact Camera

Strengths: Compact, cool looking, long battery life and changeable face plate.

Weakness: Shatter delay. (You never know when you are actually taking a picture) Feels cheap. You can't get out flash charging mode once it is started. To pricy for what it is.

After spending $200 for it and owning it for 5 months, I decided to buy a different camera as I got so frustrated using it. I gave it to my 6 years old as it would make a good toy. You have no control over exactly when you are taking a picture. The LCD blacks out once you press the shatter for a final take (after pressing it once to set it up) for unpredictable amount of time. If you are not taking a picture of a still ofject that is still for at least 10 seconds, you will never know what kind of picture you will get. Image is pretty good but not good enough for 2 MegaPixel. The case is in cheap plasic. It maybe a plus as you can drop it with no damage. For $200, you have better alternatives.
