Strengths: It comes with rechargeable batteries and charger, imaging software, a USB cable, and a tv cable
Weakness: The imaging Software was not that good and confusing to use.. I liked the one with my printer better.
I was very intimidated when I first got this camera (It was a Gift for Mother's Day) I thought it would take me forever to figure out how to use it, But in about an hour I was printing high quality pictures off of my computer. I had been reading alot about digital cameras and people were really trashing the ones that didn't have optical zoom. But after I got the hang of the trimming mode I like the digital zoom way better...you can do so much more with your pics. It is a good camera with 3.2 mp and you can make short movies too. I love the quality of the pictures, the ease of use, I can also put a slide show of the baby on tv when grandmas & grandpas come to visit. I LOVE this camera!!!!

I have enjoyed owning this camera....
Strengths: Good quality photos. Easy to use. Very reasonably priced compared to similar cameras. Lots of options for taking the photos. Video capable. Rechargeable batteries and charger included in box.
Weakness: Imaging software was pretty bad. Ships with only 16MB memory stick. No zoom at highest resolution.
I have enjoyed owning this camera. It is so simple (my kids love it and mastered it in one day - pretty good for a 6 & 8 year old). The clarity of the shots is impressive with even the smallest details very clear.
I would recommend this as a mid-level camera. While it is very easy to use, many beginners may prefer not to learn how to use the full range of options available. Value for money was the main reason we purchased it and we are very satisfied.
I prefer to use the cameras editing tools via the lcd(crop, trim, zoom, etc) and then download both the original and cropped image to my computer.
Great little camera.

Strengths: No problem with the camera itself. I would have liked it had I kept it.
Weakness: The software that comes with camera is awful. Not user friendly at all.
It's a shame that such a nice camera comes with the most horrible image software ever. Not worth the time or effort to try and figure it out. Have worked with other kinds of image software with ease, but this one is a definite pain.

Strengths: Really an incredible digital camera Easy to Use (very very easy) Good quality 3.2 megapixel resolution Wow Video Quality at 640x480 only limited by the memory stick capacity. Rechargable Batteries
Weakness: The Software it's not the best, but it's ok if you don't want to make pro works.

I really like the simplicity of...
Strengths: Comes with rechargable batterys, Good Quality Pictures and movies, So easy to use, on camera editing, a little advanced optional settings, Size and weight
Weakness: The software can be a little confusing but I got the hang of where the original pictures are saved and where the edited ones are saved so it really isn't a problem
I really like the simplicity of this camera. It seemed like a smart buy since Sony was known for there quality and for 149.00 wat did I have to loose? I love it..You can do on camera editing...It takes videos in 640X480 instead of 320X240 like some do. I loved the more advanced settings also. The camera was small and light and that was a plus, I also liked that it included Batterys and the Recharger. I mean they last for quiet a while.
One thing you might wanna note it that the software could be a little confusing at first. I mean the orginal pictures are saved into one folder and the edited ones are saved into a totally differnt folder. But after you get the hang of it the software isn't that bad.
I would defiently recommend this camera...It is so easy to use and it has more options and includes more for its price.

Strengths: easy to use
Weakness: So far I haven't found any thing I dislike I just need another memory stick
I was truely afraid of trying something this new but the simplicity of this camera put me completely at ease this is a small and easy to use camera. Even in one day I can say that I am having fun with it and what a great price!

Fine until it broke
Strengths: Good pictures, good price, easy to use
Weakness: Unreliable
I've been through two of these cameras and both of them broke. The lens cap refused to open on one (you had to pry it open) until the camera finally died and refused to open at all. The other camera just plain died. Very frustrating.

Sony Cyber-shot DSC-P32
The DSC-P32 would make a great entry-level choice for many users, but I found it delivered rather inconsistent exposure on a number of my test shots. If you can afford the extra money for a zoom lens, I'd recommend passing on the P32, in favor of Sony's own P72 model, which sports a 3x zoom.
