Strengths: 6x zoom, face button, battery life, automatic anti-shake, battery life, picture quality
Weaknesses: None for a campact digital camera.
Summary: Nice camera. Easy to use. I especialy like the improved face recognition. The face button is handy to ensure the focus is set on the faces in shawdow areas. The screen is easy to see, even with my sunglasses on and bright sun light. Picture quality is great. The only trouble I've had is when I don't stay within the flash range or up the ISO to 800. That's only happened a couple of times. Highly recommend this camera to anyone wanting something easy to use with quality pictures.

Strengths: Very good auto artificial intelligence; superb pictures in auto mode, face recognition/face focus, auto white balance, exposure, ISO setting in auto are good.
Weaknesses: Lack of extensive manual controls for experienced photograpghers. Menu navigation parameters are time consuming and awkward. Auto settings easy but controls are basic.
Summary: Top of the line Point and shoot camera - really, who offers 6x Zoom like the A2100. Prints are fantastic. 3 in. screen is superb. Optical zoom keeps image clarity and crispness. Macro mode focuses 1cm from lens for ultra closeups.
