Great item
I have only had my camera for a couple of weeks. I have used it four times so far and found it easy to use. The pictures are crisp and clear and it fits in tmy pocket easily so I can carry it around no matter where I go. There are still features I haven't tried yet but am looking forward to see their results also.

Great Camera, Great Price!
We bought this camera because we wanted another HP digital camera to go with the old one we bought 5 years or so ago. Our old camera uses AA batteries which seem to not last very long, and on a big vacation, can get pretty expensive if you take alot of pictures. But this SW 450, what a great little camera! It uses a lithium ion battery that can take many, many pictures on one charge. And when it does need charging, it's fully charged in 2 hours or less! We put a 16 Gig HCSD card in it, and it will hold over 3000 pictures at the highest resolution. The pictures come out crystal clear at 12.1 megapixels and can be made into 8" by 10" enlargements that are perfect. The camera is very light weight and super thin because of using a lithium ion battery and fits nicely in a purse or shirt pocket. If I had to rate this camera on 1 to 10, I would give it a SOLID 15!! And the price is very reasonable at less than $140. You can't go wrong buying this camera for your everyday needs.

Like the little girl with the curl...
When it is good, it is very, very good; but when it is bad it is TERRIBLE. I found the camera comfortable, light weight and easy to carry everywhere. The pictures are usually quite good. Overall, I like the camera and the printer I purchased as well, for immediate satisfaction and access to my pictures. My complaint is that this camera goes through AA batteries like crazy!!!!!! I have tried many brands of batteries, including rechargable, but the camera drains the batteries after only a small number of shots. This is annoying, wasteful, and SO upsetting to lose that "perfect shot" that won't happen again. Besides, as easy as the camera is to carry about, I have to have 20 batteries with me when I know I will be taking many pictures to make sure I can keep changing out the batteries. Even so, on trips I have missed so many picture opportunities it makes me know I will NEVER buy a camera like this again. I have been satisfied with HP products in the past.
