Strengths: Compatible with kodak dock! User-friendly features at a very good price for a 4MP digital camera. Point and shoot Easy to use!
Weaknesses: Good for a beginner but the advanced user should trade up. A little bulky not a professional type camera.
Summary: After using this camera for a couple of weeks, I found that the Kodak C330 is a good value for the money and great for an average picture taker. It is good for everyday point and shoot. Costing less than $200, I would say this camera is a pretty great buy! The picture quality is very good and the camera has many features

1 Star Reviewworst camera I've ever owned
Strengths: gread pictures, when it works
Weaknesses: terrible camera
Summary: This is the worst camera I've ever owned. When it works properly, which is almost never, it takes really nice pictures, but you're lucky to get it to work for more than a few pictures at a time. It shuts itself off for no apparent reason and goes through batteries at an incredible rate. I can't believe Kodak made such a piece of junk.

Strengths: Excellent design, Glass optics, 4.0 MP , great price, Nice Video, SD card
Weaknesses: Slow zoom response
Summary: Considering its price and use range this is a camera with a great 4 MP picture quality. Great low resolution video with Audio movies. The 3x Optical zoom is good enough and gives expected level quality.

Connecting the camera to your PC makes it work beautifully.

Strengths: 4.0 megapixels. Light and compact. Easy to use. Can do videos. Store many pictures with SD card.
Weaknesses: Uses 2 AA batteries so must buy own rechargable batteries.
Summary: I bought this camera for general use. For my purposes this camera is great. It is very easy to use. I was able to take pictures with the camera right out of the box. The camera comes with many modes such as Auto focus, portrait, action picture, closeup, etc. It is very easy to change between modes. My pictures come out very clear and look professional. The pictures transfer to my computer via the USB port very easily and quickly. The bundled software allows me to edit my pictures and send them to the store for printing.

The camera also has a video function. With a 512mb SD card you can make a ~20min video with this camera. The video is grainy on the computer screen but looks pretty clear if you use a smaller screen size. I think this is a great bonus feature on the camera for the price.

The only negative thing about this camera is that it comes with 2 AA batteries that are not rechargeable. It would have been better if you could just plug the camera in for charging. I just went out and bought some rechargeable batteries and this has worked out fine.

I recommend this camera to anybody who would like to take great pictures for general use. This camera is a great value.

Strengths: Considering its price and use range: Great 4 MP pix. Nice Video (+Audio) movies. 3x Optical zoom is nice. Easy to use. Good close quality pics.
Weaknesses: Slow Click/PicSnap response. Slow PicSnap/Preview/ReturnToClickMode. Slow zoom response
Summary: Considering its price and use range this is a camera with a great 4 MP picture quality. It gives you nice low resolution video with nice Audio movies. The 3x Optical zoom is nice and gives expected level quality. It is Mac like, easy to use and intuitive. The close up picture mode is a welcome feature. Exposure controls actually make a difference in the picture, though if you turn it off, you have to set them again. It a perfect size, small (but not too small). Its screen is bright and sized adequately, even though its a bit of a skipper. Unfortunately it has a slow Click/PicSnap response and sometimes frustratingly slow PicSnap/Preview/ReturnToClickMode. Slow zoom response is bad, but not all that bad. It uses the smallest USB connector which is inconvenient when you lose it. Its available in many places, but not as easy as the mini USB version.

Batteries are not an issue. It can work for a wile with a fresh pair of generics. I think that the problem lies more on how well charged they are when you buy them and how much flash you use.

Overall, its the best sub $180 camera for families on a budget. And if you put in a sub $60 1GB card in it, you are in for almost 1,300 pictures and almost 1 hour of video.

Connecting the camera to your Mac makes it work beautifully with iPhoto, but card wont mount as a disk (I guess it would with a card reader drive).

Strengths: Easy on the pocketbook. Has 4.0 MP, and has good picutre resolution. Easy to use.
Weaknesses: For my purposes it does not have any weaknesses.
Summary: On one occasion, after taking some outside shots of a client's home, I arrived back at my office and when I turned the camera on to download the pictures to my computer, it would not respond. I replaced the batteries (twice) and still got no response. Left the camera alone and applied for a return warranty slip from Kodak. The next day when I went to send in the camera, I checked it one more time and it responded (came on) and I finished my project. I did not return it for warranty service. However, if it happens again, I will. I do like the camera for the job I need it for.

Strengths: The greatest strength of this camera is its ease of use. As such, it's best suited for a beginner.
Weaknesses: This camera is now a bit dated and does not have the specs of newer cameras.
Summary: As noted above, this camera is ideally suited for the novice. It is extremely easy to use. Furthermore, you do not necessarily need to buy a memory card; it comes with 16 MB. However, the camera is not quite a value, particularly at $179, given that newer cameras are more technologically advanced and some are better values.

Strengths: 4.0 MegaPixel, Easy to use, Reasonable Price
Weaknesses: None
Summary: This is a great camera for its price. It takes good quality pictures, its easy to use, I didn't need to read the manual at all, although I have used Kodak cameras in the past, and the controls on it are the same. You definitely need to add an SD card, the internal memory can only hold 16 pictures, but that is typical of all digital cameras. The camera itself is actually a little smaller than I expected. I can't find anything bad to say about this camera, except maybe the LCD is a little on the small side, but still very much usable.

Strengths: Compatible with most kodakd camera docks! Easy to use! VERY user-friendly! very good price for a 4MP digital camera
Weaknesses: little bulky flash is not the best red-eye reduction isnt the greatest not a professional type camera
Summary: After using for almost 2 weeks, I found that the Kodak C330 was quite a decent camera. It is good for everyday point and shoot but not so good for the professional lifestyle. Costing less than $200, I would say this camera is a pretty great buy! The picture quality is prety good and I can also do a great number of other things like cropping and editing easily through KODAK.

3 Star ReviewKodak EasyShare C330
Strengths: Good all around 4 mp camera, decent price
Weaknesses: shape is a bit akward
Summary: For the price, this is a good buy. I do not think it is as strong as the Sony Cybershot line, however this is almost as good. It is easy to use and small (I find the shape a bit odd) and for point and click people this will fit the bill. That being said, for $180, you should keep your eye out for other cameras as they are dropping in price and you can get yourself a nice 5 mp for about the same price.

3 Star Reviewbright, cute camera
Strengths: 4.0 MP for amazing-quality prints up to 20 × 30 in, 3X optical zoom, 5X advanced digital zoom
Weaknesses: the photos are not bright when I take at dark place.
Summary: It is very convenient camera, and there are 13 easy-to-access scene modes and 3 color modes. However, there are too little manual function for this camear. If the flashlight is better, I think the photos will be brighter when I use it at night

1 Star ReviewKodak EasyShare C330 Digital Camera
Strengths: Small, compact and easy to use. Uses SD card
Weaknesses: Red-eye issues. Picture quality not as great. Eats batteries
Summary: Bought this camera and tried it for several days. Totally disappointed with the result. Wish I had bought something else. You would be better off getting a Canon or Nikon for a similar price.
