So easy to use

Strengths: Simple instructions, easy preparation.

Weakness: The lens gets smudged easily, o-ring is sometimes hard to remove.

I was a bit nervous about mis-prepping the o-ring and damaging my camera. But the preparation could not be easier. All the buttons lined up exactly to the digital camera. Pictures taken underwater with the underwater setting retains more "warmth". Sound is even recorded when using the video mode under water. I found I didnt need to use the flash difuser at all, perhaps due to the bright-sunny day. I did find somehow the lens gets smudged no matter how careful I was and it was a bit hard to get rid of all the water droplets on the lens before taking a shot. But my pictures came out really well despite all that. Removal of the o-ring to apply the silicone grease takes practice as it doesn't really pop out when removing as instructed per the manual.

Excellent Housing

Strengths: Purchased this housing prior to a round of diving in Hawaii. Found the instructions to be very easy to understand, simple and clear cut. The actual use of the housing was equally simple and clear

Weakness: None noted to this point, excellent product and would highly recommend for those who do not need to purchase a full scale underwater camera.

Giving the choice of purchasing the housing or an expensive underwater camera, there was one clear and easy selection. I was blown away by the results of using a standard digital camera with one of these housings. I was initally very nervous about leakage and destruction of the camera itself, but after 6 dives, I have no issues and exceptional pictures
