Very Compact

Strengths: Compact Easy to use

Weakness: If have big fingers might be hard to use Pictures aren't as clear as I thought they would be

The unit only comes with a baee unit where you can charge the battery. I would sugguest buying a battery charger you can plug directly into the wall, which is much better for traveling.

S770SR

Strengths: 1) high qualify Movie modes, support both VGA and Wide format, 2GB memory card can record up to 1 hour 2) Wide Screen LCD 3) Light weight pocket size 4) Data mode, can display power point documents

Weakness: 1) noise level is higher on picture mode 2) not good for night shot or low light environment 3) short battery life 4) not easy to charge battery, need to carry the charge base with you.

I like this camera very much, especially the DivX movie mode. I used to carry MiniDV and Digicam together. Now I only need Casio S770 in my pocket. The WideScreen movie is just perfect for my WideScreen Laptop, and the 2.8" LCD screen is great for viewing the pictures and movie.

The data mode is interesting, it can load PowerPoint files and the LCD screen is ok to view simple PPT files.

I tried to upload other Divx movies files into this camera (can it play DVD?), but didn't work..#$%^&@! maybe it only do special format only?

This camera has really good build quality.

As of 2006 Dec. you should be able to buy it around $250~300, so I think it is a good buy for people who just wants to point and shoot.

It is not the best, but I think in terms of cost performance, it should be a 5 star choice.

Exilim Casio Ex-S770SR Review

Strengths: Thin, large screen, clear pictures, user friendly, easy to carry.

Weakness: no view finder.

I love this camera because it's so thin that you can fit it anywhere! It has a large screen so that you can view pictures easily. It's user friendly, meaning you can play with it and figure out. The only thing I wish it had was a view finder, but overall it's worth it even with out. The quality is good for me, but I've only had Casio cameras so don't have others to compare it to, but my pictures come out fine.

its' the best camera for this price

Strengths: metal housing large display very short response time very good picture quality small size

Weakness: to charge the camera you have to use the docking station

It's the best camera what you can find for this price and quality. The chargeable battery is good for round 200 pictures. The metal housing is safe for damage.

Casio EXILIM EX-S770 7MP Silver Digital Camera

Casio continues its best selling Exilim line of slim digital cameras by releasing the EX-S770. Similar to its predecessor, the S500 and S600, this new member is sleek, stylish, and easy to use. As the name may suggest, resolution has been increased to 7.2mp. The extra “70” designation also indicates that this is more than just another megapixel increase over the S700, and that a handful of...
