Reviews 		I had a great experience with my original order of a GE Wall unit. I was very surprised at the unit not having a sleeve with it. This is my first purchase of a wall unit so I was not aware that this was common with Wall units opposed to window units. Because I did not have the complete unit with sleeve I was unable to install before my siding contractor arrived and it caused delays and now a return trip from a contractor. Please make sure your products are clearly marked now you have to send a second delivery guy. This is good for no one. otherwise. I was so very impressed! I especially liked the live chat. However I can't believe he didn't say.. "do you know it doesn't come with the sleeve?" Overall Rating
