Great for its size

Strengths: -Small -Light weight -Simple/easy to use

Weakness: -Doesn't match video quality of a Mini-DV based camera.. (in coloration, choppy-ness, and contrast). -High lag for still photo shutter release.

This should be the ideal camera.. a single, small, lightweight camera that takes great still photos as well as handle all of your video needs. I've found that though it does video and photos quite well, its certainly not excellent in either. For photos there is a 1-2 second lag from the time you press the button until it actually focuses and takes the picture... Its effectively un-usable for any...

Form and Function

Strengths: Compact Size, Professional Features, High Quality Video and Still

Weakness: Buttons are close together and take some getting used to.

This is the ultimate Bond Spy Camera. it's size and functionality make it a perfect all in one camera. Most cameras are good at either video or still photos. This one excels at both. It has video features that are on par with most consumer/prosumer video cameras, but cost less and is more portable. The Optical image stabilization feature is excellent. It is the most portable video camera I have...

Sure Fun @ low cost

Strengths: Good ameture video share online great photos for 4x6, white balance is very close to real....

Weakness: low sound in video mode(limit to mic size), recommend slave flash for indoor photos.

Well I originally looking for an old Nikon coolpix 4500 swivel display digital camera they are selling for around $250-350 for a used nice sharp on Ebay, after 3months of wait the price still there so I decided to get a new Nikon S4 but I don't like the reviews from other people wrote, so I start to look for something else after few days of research I found this little C6 not much of reviews from...

Sanyo VPC-C6 Digital Camera

Strengths: Excellent video and stills in one unit Exellent image stabilisation - needed as devices shrink. Pocket size, 5x optical zoom. Internal optics - no sticky out bits.

Weakness: Menu takes a bit of getting used to. Needs an adaptor or base station for usb video out & charging.

It has 2 buttons (one for still and one for moving picures)plus a zoom - you can work it with that. You can pass it to an elderly relative and they can use it. However this device has many useful features that I didn't expect. It allows the user more control than other similar cameras. The upshot of the size is that it is the one that you use. It fits in a suit pocket at a wedding without being...

Sanyo VPC-C6 perfect for a Mac

Strengths: Video files can be directly imported into iPhoto and iMovie.

Weakness: Almost impossible to use with left hand.

The tiny Sanyo camera takes video on a par with most consumer video cameras. It is tiny. Fits easily into any pocket. A 2 GB SD card is big enough for over an hour of filming. Most important, using a simple card reader, iPhoto and iMovie recognize the card and import the movies directly eliminating the need for cables. Making your own DVDs is a snap. The only downside I found is that the camera's...
