T100
Strengths: Clear Photos
Weakness: Fiddly controls. Not as easy to use as others I have seen. Not as many scene modes as my old casio
Surprisingly good photographs. Camera has excellent feature for viewing photographs. Connect to TV and it does a slide show with subtle transition effects and playback music. Look almost professional. Overall Happy.

all new technology!!!
Strengths: it has a powerful 5x optical zoom,6 modes of resolution, ISO UPTO 3200,EFFECTIVE 8.0 Megapixels for larger prints and finally this can be termed as the best ultra compact camera at present in the market.
Weakness: absolutely nothing except the cost.
i used the "nikon coolpix s7c" earlier and then amazed by the performance of sony cybershot dsc T 100. with the greator speed of taking first image,it is also power saving.it also has an unique feature of image stabilisation of electronic/digital. Sleek stylish camera, professional looking photos & great video!
Strengths: picture & video quality, amazing macro mode, extremely high quality metal body, large 3" LCD, sleek stylish appearance, 5x zoom, long battery life, easy to use, anti-blur works like a charm
Weakness: indoor photos can be a bit too saturated, LCD is a fingerprint magnet, nothing else whatsoever!
Wow I really love my new T100! I'm a longtime fan of Sony's T series and bought the first in their series, the DSC-T1 when it came out years ago. My T1 is still in mint condition and works perfectly but the T100 had so many cool new features I just had to check it out! My first thought was that it was bigger and heaver than I imagined it would be. Gadgets always seem to get smaller over the years...

Hard to use
Strengths: Very good pictures when you get all the settings right
Weakness: Nowhere to hold the camera so you fingers block the LDC Very confusing to navigate menus Very easy to blur The auto function is not the best choice
I have used a couple of other digital cameras in the past 5 years - a Kodak with both auto and manual controls, a Panasonic Z with many manual controls (close to an SLR). I am not an expert, but not a beginner. I am a lady with normal hands and I find the controls hard to operate. The off/on and review buttons are very small and unweildy to operate. The menu is confusing. The other two digital...

My Sony DSC T-100 Black
Strengths: Nice quality picture details (if watched on sony wega since i dont have a HDTV)...impressive super macro mode, good battery, excellent LCD, nice video quality, retouch mode is great..
Weakness: Bad auto mode... grainy photos if tranferred to computer screen, requires me to re-edit the photo on adode photoshop, expensive memory stick duo (2gb or 4gb, high speed shutter mode is dark
My initial use of this camera was really disappointing (photos with blurred and darked backgound), which i replaced this over my kodak cx7430, after all when i learned to re-configured and try experimenting it's settings using the program mode... i learned to love this camera... i enjoyed taking pictures even indoors without any fuzzy edges
