Fujifilm Finepix 40i
Strengths: Great Macro, great resolution, great color. Tiny and durable metal case. A bunch of SM cards fit in my wallet. Fast recharge batt. Easy controls.
Weakness: Digital telephoto only, but I don't mind since the photos are so detailed and easy to crop. No hard drive for the mp3's, no big deal.
This is the best in quality features and space saving portability for any camera I've had a chance to play with. I have owned other digicams that I was happy with, though this one has been exponentially better in practicality and usability. I have had it with me in my pocket for many travels without a hitch. I can take great quality images with this camera that is painless to take along...
