Olympus Camedia D-535 3.2 Megapixel Compact CameraStrengths: The Olympus D-535 is easy to use, compact, and fairly inexpensive for what you get in this 3.2 megapixel camera. Weakness: Battery life is very short since you are using the lcd display all the time. No optical view finder. I purchased the Olympus D-535 for it's easy to use features and inexpensive price point for a 3.2 Megapixel camera. I was not disappointed! The dial settings & buttons on the camera are easy to understand. In addition, Olympus has done a very good job at simplifying and making the menus fairly intuitive. I would recommend this camera for anyone who is getting into digital photography as a...

Olympus Camedia D-535 3.2 Megapixel Compact CameraWeakness: no viewfinder, delay in picture taking sometimes I have another more expensive digital camera, but since i went off to school at Temple University, my mom didnt want to risk sending the good one with me. She bought this one for me for christmas, and for the price, i love it. It takes good pictures, i find there to be only a few problems. When i first turn it on, it doesnt seem to want to take a picture right away. I usually have to wait 2 or 3...

Olympus Camedia D-535 3.2 Megapixel Compact CameraStrengths: Easy to work with-Price-Quality for the Price-You can easily see the pictures on the TV if there is no computer . Weakness: Nothing special-Is not as bright and good as professional cameras. No Mic to capture audio while in video mode. I bought this camera for my brother. He is new in Digital photography. I thought it's a good start for him and I guess I made the right choice. The camera is good. Very easy to work with and the quality is good for the price that I paid. I bought it for 120$ (Shipping/Tax included). I wished it had a bag. The 12MB internal memory is also too small. I have to go ahead and buy an XD card for it....

Olympus D-535 Digital Camera ReviewStrengths: The Olympus D-535 is a very nice camera. It takes very nice pictures, is easy to operate yet has tons of features, fits easily in you pocket and is relatively inexpensive. Weakness: As in most or all pocket-sized digital cameras today, the D-535 has no optical viewfinder. Also, it takes one or two seconds before the shuuter clicks from the time you press the buttons. Olympus D-535 is a great little digital pocket camera that takes beautiful pictures. They are clear, sharp and have good color. The camera’s CDD has good light sensitivity – allowing you to shoot in amazingly low light conditions without flash. The flash is quite strong, being able to light subjects 20-30 feet away. The camera has a macro lens setting that lets you get to within an inch of a...

Nice CamStrengths: Super Macro, Macro, Ease, Size, Lens, Picture Quality, Weakness: no viewfinder, delay in picture taking, No Voice Recording, I took this cam a year ago i found this to be very good. I loved the quality, the pic i took are really of high class. I took several photos in macro all turned to be nice clips. One should read the usage completely to get the best of the camera. But it would have been really great if the video format is .avi with sound. When pics taken at SHQ it is very much delayed. Flash is really good. Night...

DCRP Review: Olympus D-535 Zoom
I had high hopes for the Olympus D-535 Zoom. I was hoping that Olympus wouldn't skimp on features to keep the price down. The results are mixed. Olympus did manage to put a 3X optical zoom lens and high resolution (but small) LCD display on the camera. At the same time, they took out useful features like white balance and an optical viewfinder, making the camera more frustrating to use than fun. Top

Olympus D-535 Zoom
Strengths: This is a very easy to use camera! Its great if your just starting out in the digital world or if you know somone that is. The mode dial on the back of the small body is very easy to use.
Weakness: One of the major downfalls of this great camera is the batteries. YOU MUST go out and pick up AA rechargible batteries and a charger, mine as well get a bundled kit. Other then that, this ia a great!
Like I said above this is a great starter! But, you definitely need some rechargeable batteries! Now the software, well thats really great stuff that Olympus Master! I'm not sure if it will come with your camera if you buy it here but, you can always look on Pricegrabber.com for Olympus Master software and see what you find! So in all, this is a great camera that takes great shots!!
