Description:
The Canon WW-DC1 waterproof case weights are designed to prevent your camera from floating while taking pictures underwater. Four weight pieces, plastic pins and weight securing screws are included in the WW-DC1 package. When using these weights, put two suitable pins into the appropriate number of weights and fasten it to the waterproof case with the securing screw. If other accessories are attached to the waterproof case, the number of weights needed may vary. The WW-DC1 is perfect for use with the Canon PowerShot A510, A520, A85, A95, S70, and SD500.

I bought these accessory weights for my Canon WP-DC6 waterproof case. They work as advertised and keep the case neutrally buoyant under water. You use 1 to 4 weights depending on the case/camera pairing you have. If you don't want to fight a camera that tries to float to the surface, you'll want these weights. Canon WWDC1 Weight for Canon Waterproof (all models)
Strengths: - Heavy enough for keep your camera not floating - can be used for any kinds of canon waterproof case
Weakness: na
It worked pretty well for snorkeling trip. If you don't have this WWDC1 weight, your camera (including the waterproof case) will be bouyant. But in the deep depths, the floating seems not to be a big problem. All you will get from the box are - 4 weight pieces - plastic pins - weight screws.
