Kodak support is non-existent so if there is a way they're not tellin' me. I wouldn't buy this one again.

Just What I Was Looking For !!!

Strengths: Very Good Pictures, Very Good Video and Audio, Good Sized Memory and Rotating Screen.

Weakness: Slow Start-Up and Battery Life

I was looking for a digital camera with the following:
1 - A rotating screen for taking pictures when you can't
stand behind the camera.
2 - Video capture with Audio.
3 - Small size (compaired to my 5-year old camera).
4 - More Mega Pixels (old camera has 2.3Meg).
5 - Cheep memory.

The Kodak Easy Share One covered all of the above. The picture quality is better than my old camera, both outdoor and especially indoor. My indoor shots would come out very dark, adjusting the white balance was the only way to get some decent shots. So far the indoor shots with the Kodak Easy Share One have been of a MUCH better quality.

The video quality is also a really nice suprise. I have a 8mm camcorder and the quality of the video that I have taken with the Kodak Easy Share One is just as good if not better. It does not have the features like stability, low light and the length of the recording time, but for not having to carry around both a camera and a camcorder it does really well.

Memory - Wow 256Meg on board memory that holds quite a few pictures. I also picked up a 1GIG SD card for cheep and that holds 28 min of video or 800 pictures. That is a lot of memory space to hold your pictures and video.

Size - It is smaller than my old camera. It will fit easly into a pant pocket. It's not the smallest camera made but its not bad.

The short falls I was expexting and with the proper preparations there not that bad. The battery life is short, one battery lasted for about a day of taking pictures and video and looking at them. Kodak supplies 2 batteries with the camera and I also bought a third. If you keep the spare batteries charged AND with you, you will not have a problem.

The time to take the first picture is on the long side. If the picture is not anticipated then you will miss your chance. Once the camera is ready then you can go from picture to picture pretty quickly. Its that first shot that can be a problem if your not ready.

Overall I'am really happy with the Kodak Easy Share One. I haven't even used some of the other features like the wireless capability.

The wifi card is interesting but not useful if you don't have access to any wireless connections. When you listen closely, the camera makes a weird noise near the lens. It sounds like it is constantly trying to focus. Night shots are ok but not too good. When taking in door photos in the night, the subject looks good, but the background is dark or just black. The camera is very thick in size or kind of big in general when compared to some of the other brands such as Canon or Sony. But overall the camera is good. Pictures come out clean and crisp.

EasyShare-one zoom digital camera

Strengths: The camera is very light and thin. The LCD can be rotated, and I felt it's pretty cool. The time to turn on the Camera is ok. Overall, pretty awesome item!

Weakness: It's only 4MP, I hope it could be 5MP or even higher.

This camera has good review of website, as far as I am concerned. It is great for "home use", and comes with extra features. Also I like the size of the camera since it's very small. It is very convenient to be carried on.

This is a great camera for "home use", and comes with extra features. This camera comes with internal memory (256mb), wireless capability, and an LCD screen that is "flexible/movable". This camera is a good size to hold in your hand, and this camera is relatively easy to use.
