Fujifilm FinePix S7000 6.3 Megapixel Bridge CameraStrengths: Aside from the cost, Professional images, feel and look. Versatility and available features. 6 mp quality. shutter speed and sound. Battery life and dual card mode Weakness: Some colors need to be corrected, limited lens availability, flash is just bearable at distance. Mode wheel is too sensitive and does get changed sometimes while handling without realizing it. I had a Nikon 995 and thought it was great. Left it in a cab in DC, forgetaboutit. Nikon was my first digital. The Fuji is far better in almost all ways, from Macro to landscapes and portraits to action I have not been disappointed. Someday I'll even get to use all the features...........maybe.

Fujifilm FinePix S7000 6.3 Megapixel Bridge CameraStrengths: It does EVERYTHING. Pictures are clear. The software is great and easy to use. You can get attachments for different lenses and filters. Gives option to use both Xd and Flash memory cards. Weakness: So many buttons, you HAVE to read the manual. Bulky attachments. Tiny memory card. HAVE to buy rechargable batteries. After tons and tons of research my husband and I decided this was the digital camera of our dreams. I have taken a photography class or two so I didn't want to give up my manual controls. However, we are temporarily residing out of country and want to be able to send clear digital photos home to friends and family. This seemed to be one of the best digital cameras in the market in this price...

Fujifilm FinePix S7000 6.3 Megapixel Bridge CameraStrengths: Clarity of photo, color reproduction, lots of customization, looks and feels like a standard SLR Weakness: Only 6X zoom compared to 10X on the lower S models, lots of buttons to learn. Extremely high Quality of Pictures, I have a 3.2megapixel Sony camera too. And there is an unimaginable difference between the two. The Fuji Fine Pix s7000's over all clarity is better and the color is much more accurate. Fast start up time, so you don't miss anything your trying to shoot. I like the fact I can set it to continuous mode and take up to 5 photos in just a few seconds. The manual...

Fujifilm FinePix S7000 6.3 Megapixel Bridge CameraStrengths: Excellent Fuji colors, solid 6X zoom lens, raw format, cable release on shutter button, strong built-in flash Weakness: quite noisey at higher ISO of 400 and 800, lowest ISO 200 setting I find this camera a joy to use. It is as easy as I wish it ... I can set it to simply point & shoot, or I can take a little more thought and set up the exposure I wish. The preview feature with digital cameras makes it a snap to change a setting (Fuji very nicely organized the controls on the S7000) and try a different exposure ... Low light, as with all consumer level digicams, is the bane of...

Fujifilm FinePix S7000 6.3 Megapixel Bridge CameraStrengths: Great pictures, great price, relatively easy to use and no ERR message that the Cannon gets. Weakness: Somewhat power hungry with the batteries. However, I do like the fact that it uses regular batteries which when purchased in bulk ie over 10, are relatively cheap. I love this camera, it takes great pictures and is probably one of the cheapest 6mp cameras on the market. Reliability is fantastic and all in all it is relatively easy to use, just spend a bit of time learning the features and that time invested pays off. I truly would recommend this camera to someone who wants high quality pictures at a relatively cheap price. I do believe the camera is power...

S7000 Great SLR Camera for the moneyStrengths: Many - Ease of use. Great picture quality. Good Zoom. Excellent night photos (especially around campfires, etc). AA Batteries a plus (400 plus shots on rechargeables). Compact Flash & XD card a plus. Weakness: Available lens - Though I have never used my x2 doubler lens. Sometimes bump the Manual Focus Button without knowing, until you realise w few pics are not in focus. I have used my camera for over 3 years now. I spent a lot of time researching. For a under $ 500.00 camera with the quality, 6.3 mp range, zoom, and compact flash with AA batteries it is INCREDIBLE! I spent the money years back for a 2 GB CF card. Well worth it, I take around 1250 photos before filling up the chip at 6.3 mb res. I have taken many night photos around the camp fire and cannot...

Fujifilm FinePix S7000 6.3 Megapixel Bridge CameraStrengths: Video Mode, User Friendly Interface, Easy to use controls, Electronic View Finder, Dual Media Slots, etc. etc. etc. --- Weakness: Other than the long list of spendy accessories and the ability to only take RAW images in the 12mp mode, this camera is perfect for me. Bang for the Buck! That is what you get with the s7000. The few weaknesses that have poped up here under review, are mostly issues that deal with wanting a $1500 & up camera, for the now low price of $440. It's only been two days, but I can see that I am 100% Satisfied with this camera. A+ Highly recommended, I would buy again. I got it at Buydig.com.

Fujifilm FinePix S7000 6.3 Megapixel Bridge CameraStrengths: It has almost everything, great camera, great functions, great price £220 new Weakness: pictures a bit over saturated I am a truly canon fan,had over 12 and now own 5 ,they are great, but couldn't find exactly what i was looking for in that brand so gave it a shot and bought S7000. Don't wanna advertise for Fuji BUT i must admit this camera is fantastic,And Price was even better,£220 instead of £300-£400 !!What else can i definitely recommend it to people who have doubt about buying this camera,The nearest...

Fuji FinePix S7000 Digital Camera Review
If you’re on the fence between a point-and-shoot and a digital SLR, the Fuji FinePix S7000 may be your dream come true. With 6.3 megapixels of effective resolution, Fujifilm’s Super CCD HR (High Resolution) image sensor, and 6x optical zoom, there is a lot to sink your teeth into without having to make the big SLR commitment. With an MSRP of $559, Fujifilm is looking to attract the user who... Top

FinePix S7000
In our round-up, nearly every camera here took good pictures. If size is a factor, the Sony Cyber-shot DSC-P150—with its compact form, light weight, and 7-megapixel pictures—should fit your needs the best. We really liked the Casio Exilim EX-P600’s striking and innovative Ex Finder, but for the same price, we prefer the Canon PowerShot S70’s pictures and RAW capability.... Top

FujiFilm FinePix S7000
The S7000 is Fuji's follow-on to last year's S602. The S7000 looks and works a lot like the S602, but it left behind some of the S602's exceptional shutter response, and I felt that its color wasn't quite as good as the S602's either. The S7000's biggest issue is image noise though, of which it has quite a lot. Its continuous-mode speed, high resolution, and high ISO might make it a good choice... Top

Fujifilm FinePix S7000 6.3 Megapixel Bridge Camera
Strengths: Quality for price, features and abilities, easy to use as point/shoot or use for trick and experimental photos.
Weakness: None so far or through all my research - - 6 months of research.
Prior to the S7000 I’ve been a Nikon N65 35mm SLR user; a complicated traditional film package, but produced great results if you had the set-up time for the shot and money for developing. The S7000 with a good sized card is BETTER than my Nikon. I was skeptical about the semi-pro digitals, thus I did extensive research and waited and waited and waited to see if user reviews came back...
