Pathetic Service

Strengths: Very Good in fooling the customers

Weakness: Each and every thing about provantage is weak. NO proper customer care, gives incomplete information

Very very pathetic. I ordered this camera on 25th Nov and I am still waiting for it to come .Its over 2.5 months. Every week they push the ETA by 1 week. The customer cares are even more pathetic. They directly say that they cannot do any thing. They don't allow you to contact their warehouse office also to know the status. I would suggest every one to be beware before you order something...

THE GOOD: The Sony Cyber-shot DSC-HX9V is overflowing with shooting features, has excellent photo and video quality, and solid shooting performance. THE BAD: The HX9V might actually be too much camera for some users and it has a couple minor design issues. THE BOTTOM LINE: Feature junkies in search of a compact megazoom should get the Sony Cyber-shot DSC-HX9V.
