Good camera with great design/features
Strengths: Small and compact, easy to operate. 4GB of internal memory. Not much in the way of mechaincal things to break. Better than average shot to shot times.
Weakness: You have to use the supplied cable to connect to computer. Must have battery to power up camera will not power up with supplied USB connect cable. Uses Sony memory cards instead SD memory. High Price
Takes great pictures in normal light, average pictures in low light. Extremely easy to use and user friendly. For some reason the screen attracts finger prints and magnifies them on the screen. I tried a screen protector and it took care of the finger print problem. You can down load pictures from the camera internal memory without software installed on your computer, which makes this feature...

THE GOOD: Attractive design; large, useful feature set; nice 3.5-inch LCD; fast performance. THE BAD: Touch screen not for everyone; soft images. THE BOTTOM LINE: Part smart-looking snapshot camera, part 4GB portable digital photo album, the Sony Cyber-shot DSC-T700 will satisfy those who like showing off their pictures as much as they like taking them.
